·適用于工業鋁合金型材,門窗.幕墻鋁合金型材的圓孔、槽孔、鎖孔、異型孔等以及鋁型材的銑削、倒角、平面雕刻等工序的加工。
·主軸采用風冷電主軸,功率3KW,轉速0~18000轉/min,精度高、安全性好、可靠性高。
·運動副全部采用進口導軌、滑塊,X軸采用高度斜齒輪、斜齒條傳動,Y軸Z軸采用高精度滾珠絲杠傳動。傳動平穩,有效提高整機精度。
·工作臺翻轉180°-90°~0°~+90°,型材一次裝夾可以實現三面加工,加工深通孔(異型孔)時,通過工作臺翻轉實現深孔加工,提高效率、質量好。
·采用手動泵供油系統,刀具采用系統控制噴霧冷卻裝置。
·機床主要部件采用鋼結構全部經過時效處理。

·Adopt manual pump oil supply system, blades adopt system control spray cooling device
·The main components adopt steel structure and they are all through aging treat ment
